Late Night Studying?

Staying up too late trying to ace those last midterms before summer? I know I am! To keep those dark circles away here are three easy steps recommended by FLARE magazine to look well rested!

Elizabeth Grant 10% Glycolic Mask

1. Elizabeth Grant 10% Glycolic Mask, $50, elizabethgrant.com.
When you wake up in the morning, drag yourself into your bathroom first thing and apply this creamy white mask after cleansing. It contains glycolic acid, which exfoliates and moisturizes to reveal more radiant skin. Leave it on for five minutes while you’re making coffee or (carefully!) getting dressed, then rinse with warm water. The mask left our skin as soft as a baby’s and looking more even toned and—is it possible?—plump.
Clinique Even Better Eyes Dark Circle Corrector

2. Clinique Even Better Eyes Dark Circle Corrector, $49, clinique.com.
Before putting on your makeup, use Clinique’s cooling applicator to massage a small amount of eye cream into your dark circles. The effect is instant, brightening the under-eye area with “sheer optics” and a subtle tint. You’ll require less concealer under your eyes, which can sometimes look dry and cakey. The product also claims to lighten dark circles by 30 percent over 12 weeks, but we’re happy with the quick fix after a late night. Be sure to rub any excess into your skin with your fingers, especially if your skin is fair. The cream can be used on a wide range of skin tones.
Revlon Photoready Kajal Pencil
The final product in your tool kit is a brightening eyeliner that will counteract redness. Revlon’s new dual-ended liner will be a available in two combos (black with cream or blue with blue-white), but we love the blue for its ability to make the whites of the eye look whiter. Trace the blue along the upper lashes (and lower, if you choose), then use the white end of the pencil along the lower waterline and the tear ducts to brighten and conceal redness. If white feels a little too harsh, try a nude eye pencil that blends in with your skin tone.3. Sneak Peek: Revlon PhotoReady Kajal Intense Eye Liner + Brightener in Blue Nile, $10, at drug and mass retailers in June.
